Inspired by the art of Hartmut Bohm I wanted to create the idea of curves & movement using only straight lines. A computer program may have been helpful to figure this out, but no I persisted low tech with a protractor and graph paper. If I had known how much trial & error this quilt entailed I'm not sure I would've started. Instead I kept plodding away square by square and my vague plan morphed multiple times along the way. Shot cotton, linen, paper pieced, and machine quilted.
