(MIN012) Crossway

Crossway is inspired by the Cycladic architectural lines of the Greek islands featuring simple, smooth curves against a simple grid. An inspirational photo from a vacation many years ago inspired the shapes and layers, blended with gradient colors of bias strips against a solid backdrop. This piece was constructed by first quilting a solid top followed by bias strip machine appliqué.
