This is a traditional Double Wedding Ring jazzed up with quirky, cute, weird, and colorful fabrics. My inspiration was to max out the imagery and create a new, funky DWR that would wake up the viewer and communicate that modern quilts can still be created from very old patterns. The quilt is free-motioned quilted, no computers were used.
