Centered was inspired by my journey of growth and intention over the past year. I wanted the quilt to be simple yet striking, so I opted for a two-toned black and white palette. All the visual lines are approaching the center of the quilt, drawing the eye in. The white lines are all 1/4” strips, separated by black strips that become narrower as they approach the center. After a year of many significant changes, I recently started therapy and have begun to find my center. This quilt is a representation of that journey.
