I love designing and creating pixel quilts. This is the first in a planned series of pixel flowers brought to life with colorful solids and big-stitch hand quilting. As with all of my wall hangings, I like to bring a little technology into the mix and add a hidden NFC chip to the lower right corner by the quilt label that can be tapped with an NFC-enabled smartphone (most are) which will bring you to my website with more information about the quilt and my creative process.
