During earthquakes the Earth moves, tilts, scrapes, drops, and lifts. To me, this pattern looks like the aftermath of an earthquake on a strike slip fault. Or at least drawings of them in geology textbooks. I designed this pattern in Illustrator, and this is the first time I’ve followed any sort of pattern. It is made of slight variations of one block.
