What would happen if I take a tradition Four X block # 2301, as identified by Barbara Brackman, and stretch the block to create a new design? This quilt examines stretching a block horizontally and vertically while simultaneously varying the color of each column and background. The center of the quilt unexpectedly glows.To accomplish this design I used the software program EQ 8.
