Positive is a part of a series that explores the use of various patterns in an overall design. For the second time, I chose a giant Log Cabin block as the overall structure and filled each section with repetitive simple motifs. The colour scheme was inspired by experiments made as part of a 100 Day Project in 2023. 'Pattern on Pattern' is the general idea for the quilting design which mimic a plaid pattern in the central part and consists of grids on the grid sections.
