I am continually drawn to traditional quilt blocks. I love to manipulate them and experiment with different layouts. This quilt was hand pieced using metallic Tyvek, reflective fabric and cotton shirting. It was a challenge not to melt the black fabric or leave pin holes in the reflective fabrics during the assembly of this quilt. Thread embellishments are featured on the back of the quilt.
