Required Supplies: - Paper and pencil (graph paper preferred)
- 20-25 scrap pieces of fabric ranging from 3"" up to 10"" (or larger). High contrasting fabrics will work best.
- Pins
- Glue stick/pen (small diameter kind, common brands include Sewline, Fons & Porter, and Quilters Select)
Optional Supplies: - Square ruler 9 1/2" or larger
- Acrylic templates will be available for shared use during the workshop.
Prep Requirements: No preparation required, though participants are welcome to bring sketches of ideas to the workshop.

Develop the skills to sew a variety of curves into any size quilt block! Utilizing the Many Nested Curves template set, there is nearly an unlimited number of arc options for block construction: arcs inside of arcs, arcs in each corner, wide arcs, skinny arcs. Learn the math and strategy to create multiple options! This workshop includes specific instructions to create a variety of 9" blocks using leftover layer cakes, end-of-bolt-yardage, and other large scraps. Sewing machines generously provided by event sponsors!
