- Sewing machine thread to match - neutral thread will be provided but you may wish to bring your own to match your project
- Embroidery thread and needle for hand embellishing
- Small scissors - shared scissors will be provide but you may wish to bring your own to maximize class time

Join Melissa in making this modern cushion that is sure to add style to your décor! Using improv cutting and quilt-as-you-go piecing, the cushion top comes together quickly. Three fat quarters in solid colors are enough to make the front and back of the cushion as the technique leaves little waste. Melissa will also show students how to start enhancing the cushion with hand stitches. Finishing with a closed or zippered back will also be reviewed. Sewing machines generously provided by event sponsors!
