Sarah loves bold, vibrant color and graphic design. She learned to sew as a child and was drawn to the color and geometry of quilting post-college. As a former middle school math teacher, she combines 11 years of classroom experience with nearly 20 years of quilting experience to bring clear instruction to her quilt students. Sarah’s work as a quilt teacher focuses on helping students build their improv skills in a fun and playful way, inspiring the creation of unique designs. Sarah’s classes are formatted in a choose your own adventure style, packed with tips, tricks, and permission to play.
