This quilt combines two of my favorite traditional blocks combined into one: the bear paw and drunkard's path. I did not use rulers to cut the pieces for this quilt and all the piecing is improvisational. I really love the versatility of the quarter circle and have used it in several quilts. The bear paw was one of the first quilts I ever made in high school. It was really fun to combine them in one quilt.
