It all started with a luscious palette and a prompt to base creations on the prairie architecture school which includes Frank Lloyd Wright. We were participating in the group/progressive quilt adventure at the 2023 Mid-Atlantic Mod Retreat. This retreat attracts quilters from six participating U.S. guilds. After we independently created some blocks, we got together and worked up a layout which we then stitched together. At the end of the weekend, the names of all 11 participants were placed in a hat. Robin Tilsworth won the draw and she completed and quilted this gem. Creators include Jessica Levitt (palette and theme development), Gay Bitter, Pam Cinnick, Jane Chick, Heather Kojan, Lynne Mackay-Atha, Trisha Moller, Linda Schiffer, Jessica Skultety and Sue Till. Fabrics were generously provided by Moda.
