I took a class to learn to make a Lone Star quilt, but I really didn’t like the Lone Star quilt pattern after I got the diamond blades made. I set out to find a way to use them in something more whimsical. I realized I could spin them off into very different looking stars. The quilting mimics yet another traditional star pattern.
